Es findet seit 1993 alle zwei Jahre an wechselnden Orten im Bundesland Oberösterreich (Hauptstadt: Linz) statt und hat sich seither zu einer zeitgenössischen Schwerpunktveranstaltung für aktuelle, ortsspezifische Kunst und Kultur entwickelt.<br><br>Gesucht wird eine künstlerische Festivalleitung ab 1. Jänner 2010 bis 30. September 2011, mit Möglichkeit einer Verlängerung auf weitere 2 Jahre. Wirkungsort ist Oberösterreich.<br><br>Wir laden insbesondere am Arbeitsmarkt diskriminierte Personen ein.<br><br><span style="font-weight: bold; ">Anforderungen:</span><br>Erfahrungen in nationaler und internationaler Kunstproduktion, Wissen um aktuelle Kunstdiskurse, aktive Netzwerker und Netzwerkerinnen (Kunst- und Kulturinstitutionen wie freie Szenen), ausgeprägte Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Erfahrung und Kenntnisse hinsichtlich Finanzgebarung/ Förderstrukturen, Budgetierungen und im Bereich Sponsoring.<br><br style="font-weight: bold; "><span style="font-weight: bold; ">Aufgaben:</span><br>Konzeptionelle und operative Durchführung eines Festivals gemeinsam mit einem bestehenden Team.
