Toysrus ist eine Live-Kompositions-Serie für Schlagzeug und dem von
Josef Klammer
am Institut für Elektronische Musik und Akustik der Kunstuniversität
Graz
entwickelten, interaktiven Sound- und Effektsystem. <small>(SKE,
Bundeskanzleramt.Kunst)</small><br>
Dabei werden akustische Parameter, wie Tonhöhe und Lautstärke
angespielter
Trommeln und Perkussionsinstrumente, erfasst und zur
Echtzeit-Modulation
dieser soeben angespielten Trommeln und Perkussionsinstrumente
herangezogen.<br>
Die analogen Flächen (z.B. Trommelfelle) und Räume (Perkussions- und
Trommelkörper) steuern Delay-Zeiten, Tonhöhen, Surround-Frequenzen,
Oszillatoren und Abspielgeschwindigkeiten von Sinustönen.<br>
Ein imposanter Trommelwirbel im Sound-Karussell der ältesten Kirche
von Wien. <br>
