<p><b>Victor Ashton</b>, born in England in 1958, developed an early interest
in music and meditation techniques of the Far East. He comes from
a musical family. A grandfather who lived in Argentina at the beginning
of the 20th century, played the bandoneon; a brother and another relative
are renowned guitarists and teach at universities.
<p>Victor studied at the Conservatory of the City of Vienna and at the
University of Music and Performing Arts in Vienna. A multi-talented artist,
he is gifted and interested in various musical styles and music fusion.
His style has been influenced by Spanish music, especially Flamenco, Latin
American and classical Indian music and also modern styles like Dance,
Ambience, Jungle and various ethnic styles.
