dachmarke. Diese setzten einen Kulturbeirat von 11-14 mitgliedern ein, der „
das kultur- und marketingpolitische strategiebratungsorgan der gesellschaft
ist“ und sich aus den oben genannten
zusammensetzt.<o:p></o:p></SPAN></FONT></P>
<P class=MsoNormal><FONT face="Times New Roman" size=5><SPAN
style="FONT-SIZE: 16pt"><o:p> </o:p></SPAN></FONT></P>

style="FONT-SIZE: 16pt">Fazit: Es wird eine touristisch orientierte Dachmarke
installiert und über den Content drübergestülpt ohne die vorhandenen Klein-
und Mittelressourcen zu berücksichtigen, denn, und jetzt

Wirtschaftsberatungsfirma wurde beauftragt sich mit der „derzeitigen
situation“ auseinanderzusetzen, darin heißt es lapidar und in anspielung auf
post03: Ab 2004 sind sowohl die stadt graz, sowie das land steiermark als auch
die kulturträger mit der siutation konfrontiert, dass einerseits die hoteliers
und zimmervermieter mit einem weiterhin hohen niveau der touristischen
nachfrage rechnen, es aber andererseits keine sonderbudgets wie im jahr 2003
gibt. Die knapper werdenden mittel werden dringend zum betrieb der neunn
einrichtungen (kunsthaus, literaturhaus, listhalle)
benötigt)“<o:p></o:p></SPAN></FONT></P>

Heterogenität und breiten Gefächertheit, kein gar

„kunsthaus, vereinigte bühnen, styriarte, steirischer herbst,
literaturhaus/forum stadtpark“ (die beiden letztgenannten werden im text
wirklich so bezeichnet!!)<o:p></o:p></SPAN></FONT></P>

„stärken/schwächen analyse, wobei ich mir das abmalen der größeren

style="FONT-SIZE: 16pt">Bei Literaturhaus/forum stadtpark heißt es u.a.

style="FONT-SIZE: 16pt">„Stärken: neu adaptiertes
gebäude.<o:p></o:p></SPAN></FONT></P>

style="FONT-SIZE: 16pt">Schwächen: kultureller zugang für überregionale gäste
und besucher schwer erkennbar (SIC!)“<o:p></o:p></SPAN></FONT></P>

inhaltliche gestaltung“, auf die jeder auf sich alleine gestellt ist führt zu
„mehrgleisigkeit und damit zu unnötige kosten!“ <o:p></o:p></SPAN></FONT></P>
<P class=MsoNormal><FONT face="Times New Roman" size=5><SPAN
style="FONT-SIZE: 16pt"><o:p> </o:p></SPAN></FONT></P>

style="FONT-SIZE: 16pt">Die Conclusio laut Gartler, Weber und Partner:

style="FONT-SIZE: 16pt">Die gemeinsame marketinggesellschaft soll die
abstimmung der programme und inhalte bestimmen und ausgehend vom heurigen
kulturbudget (!!) für die marketingmittel (ca. Euro 2 Mill.) um 2
geschäftsführer einsetzen zu können. Weiters sollen diese Mittel durch
zuordnung der überregionalen mittel der bisherigen veranstalter aufgebracht
werden.“<o:p></o:p></SPAN></FONT></P>

style="FONT-SIZE: 16pt">Was heißt das nun: Die Installierung erfolgt ohne den
Miteinbezug vorhandener Ressourcen im Klein- und Mittelbau, sondern wird
einfach drübergeschoben. Das bescheuerte Bild von der Kultur als Ancilla der
Betriebswirtschaft wird schön langsam grausige Wahrheit.

style="FONT-SIZE: 16pt">Vollkommen unverständlich ist die Auswahl des
Literaturhauses/Forum Stadtparks, Argument: als stärke „Segmente des
Kulturbetriebes, die es sonst in dieser Form nicht gibt, Positionierung
Literaturhaus und Franz Nabl institut gut
vermarktbar“.<o:p></o:p></SPAN></FONT></P>
<P class=MsoNormal><FONT face="Times New Roman" size=5><SPAN
style="FONT-SIZE: 16pt"><o:p> </o:p></SPAN></FONT></P>

style="FONT-SIZE: 16pt">So siehts aus wenn Wirtschaftsberater über die Szene
nachdenken, ohne das vorhandene Klima zu beachten, das man nähren sollte oder
sich tiefer mit dem vorhandenen Potenzial
auseinanderzusetzen.<o:p></o:p></SPAN></FONT></P>

style="FONT-SIZE: 16pt">Das Forum, ich denke, dass die Betreiber nichts davon
wissen, funktioniert als Alibikonstante, der Rest wird sich beim
Programmmachen nach den Vorstellungen von WU-Abgängern richten
