WE = the different festival for independent filmmakers from
everywhere.
The motto GELD SPIELT KEINE ROLLE (~money is not an issue/it's only
money)is the key to our expectations of No Budget art and quality
production.
YOU = filmmaker of narrative or fiction films,
independent in mind & approach, who wants to spread his original ideas
among an enthousiastic audience
